Covers defects in the replacement part and workmanship directly related to the repair. It does not cover new accidental damage, liquid damage, misuse, later third-party repairs, unrelated faults or normal battery ageing.

This commercial warranty is additional to, and does not affect, statutory rights.

Where the selected battery replacement/configuration process requires an iPhone erase/reset, you will be told before the repair and asked to authorise it. Back up your data before sending the phone.

I understand that after the device is opened or repaired, its original manufacturer water-resistance rating cannot be guaranteed. I have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions, including the Repair Terms and 12-month limited warranty. I expressly request FIXAVYN to begin providing the repair service during my 14-day cancellation period. I understand that if I cancel after the service has begun, I may have to pay for services supplied up to cancellation, and that my cancellation right may be lost once the service has been fully performed.

Data and device access

Back up important data before sending your device. Only provide a temporary device passcode when it is genuinely required for agreed testing. Never provide your Apple ID / Apple Account password.

Water resistance

Where applicable, new replacement adhesive is professionally fitted when your device is reassembled to help maintain its water resistance. However, once a device has been opened or repaired, its original manufacturer IP rating cannot be guaranteed.

Battery repair reset authorisation

Where a selected battery replacement or configuration procedure requires an erase/reset, you will be told before the repair and asked to authorise it.

Warranty scope

The 12-month limited repair warranty covers defects in the replacement part and workmanship directly related to the repair. See the warranty section above for exclusions.

Before you post.

Do I need to send my passcode?

Only provide a temporary device passcode if it is genuinely needed for agreed testing. Never provide your Apple ID / Apple Account password. Temporary testing passcodes should be removed/disabled before return where applicable.

Will my phone still be water resistant?

We fit appropriate replacement display adhesive where applicable when reassembling your device to help maintain its water resistance. However, we cannot guarantee the original manufacturer IP rating after a device has been opened or repaired.

What is the difference between Standard and Premium screens?

Standard is our quality, lower-cost replacement display option. Premium Soft OLED — Recommended uses our higher-grade Soft OLED option for customers who want the better display choice. The standard iPhone 11 uses a quality LCD replacement rather than OLED. Replacement screens are aftermarket and are not represented as genuine Apple parts.
